Joe Cloutier with Rotary's Neil Lang who made a second $2,000 donation from Edmonton's Downtown Rotary Club. The money was raised at a Rotary luncheon earlier in January where Joe spoke to the club's members about our programming. Joe is scheduled to speak at another Rotary Club on March 30.
